By accessing or using the GlobeeOne website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. Services related to education loans may require additional eligibility criteria set by lending partners. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

GlobeeOne provides a 360° ecosystem including, but not limited to:

• Education loan facilitation and financial services (GlobeeOne Finserv)
• Study abroad counseling and admission support
• Wealth management and investment advisory (GlobeeOne Wealth)
• Academy courses, forex products, and related tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at our discretion with notice where reasonably practicable.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• You agree to provide truthful documentation required for loan, visa, or advisory processes.
• Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of Services.

GlobeeOne acts as a facilitator connecting you with banks and NBFCs. Loan approval, interest rates, tenure, and disbursement are solely at the discretion of the lending institution. EMI calculators and estimates on our platform are indicative only.

You must review and accept separate loan agreements with the lender before funds are disbursed. GlobeeOne is not liable for lending decisions made by third-party financial institutions.

Certain Services may involve fees disclosed at the time of purchase or engagement. All payments must be made through authorised channels. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the specific service agreement and partner policies. Taxes may apply as per local regulations.

All content on GlobeeOne — including logos, text, graphics, software, and course materials — is owned by GlobeeOne or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Submit false, misleading, or forged documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or user accounts.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform functionality.
• Harass staff, partners, or other users.

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, lenders, universities, and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee admission to any institution, loan approval, investment returns, or visa outcomes. Information on our platform is for general guidance and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobeeOne and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GlobeeOne for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobeeOne, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobeeOne is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, courts of competent jurisdiction in our principal place of business shall have exclusive authority.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
